Job Responsibility
Define and execute product roadmaps for AI-enabled enterprise experiences, including automation tools, intelligent workflows, and personalization capabilities
Identify and drive consensus for how to prioritize and realize the most significant opportunities in your product area
Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data science, sales, and partnerships to deliver integrated solutions
Drive go-to-market strategy for enterprise AI products in APAC markets, with potential for global expansion
Scale AI best practices (including responsible AI use), workflows, and artifacts across product teams so the organization's capabilities compounds over time
Support the growth of other PMs and cross-functional team members by providing mentorship and coaching on AI-native practices
Communicate product strategy and progress clearly and consistently to all stakeholders
Requirements
8+ years of Product Management experience
3+ years experience leading AI/ML product initiatives at scale (enterprise or B2B preferred)
APAC market experience
Track record shipping products that drove measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers
Experience developing and scaling AI-native strategies including evals and data strategies across teams
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and influencing without authority
Nice to have
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
