Job Description:

Product Management position accountable for delivering a first-class digital experience for all Investor Services clients. Working with Investor Services product and technology teams to organize, enhance, and build scalable data products that support the needs of internal stakeholders and clients.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and champion opportunities to leverage Citi's scale
Drive end-to-end lifecycle of high-quality, user-centric Investor Services data products
Collaborate with governance teams and data modelers to maintain rigorous data accuracy, completeness, security, and reliability
Foster continuous improvement by implementing efficient processes and reducing time to market

Requirements:

Significant pertinent experience with Investor Services experience or similar industry
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
Proficient in User Experience (UX) design, client segmentation, and persona development
Proven ability to apply design thinking principles to complex problems
Proven track record in managing and delivering successful data and digital products
Demonstrated experience in Data Modeling and Data Governance with focus on Investor Services
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Thought leadership experience via industry events, journals, and articles
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with experience in Data tools (ETL, BI, Python, SQL)
Attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and relationship skills
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent
MBA preferred
