Job Description:

The Product Manager will join the Connectivity & Insights pod in Dotdigital's product team. The role will focus on ensuring we allow our customers to seamlessly integrate their tech stack with our products. You'll support Dotdigital's product strategy by working to increase the number of valuable integrations in our ecosystem (both in-house and partner built). You'll also help our customers get the most value possible out of our integrations by improving user experience, breaking down barriers to entry, and helping to drive up adoption. You'll work on both our Dotdigital CXDP and our newly acquired product Fresh Relevance (a versatile Enterprise Personalization platform).

Job Responsibility:

  • Building and owning a product roadmap for integrations
  • Conducting varied, continuous discovery in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Assessing API schema or auth requirements
  • Collaborating with engineers, UX designers, and relevant stakeholders
  • Tracking success or failure
  • Working proactively with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and prospects
  • Implementing a compelling integrations strategy
  • Making logical suggestions on pricing and packages
  • Determining and communicating launch process and reasoning
  • Collaborating with Product Marketing
  • Driving forward end-to-end product development lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Product Manager with demonstrable experience managing end-to-end product development lifecycles from scoping to delivery and post-launch support and iteration following an Agile methodology
  • Familiar with API & authentication frameworks, as well as iPaaS systems (extra points if you've used Tray before)
  • Hands on when it comes to product discovery and delivery
  • Experience of building relationships with customers, partners, customer-facing teams, sales teams, engineers and more
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Super organised and have experience of working in cross-functional engineering teams to execute a product roadmap
  • A problem-solver who can bring together people and knowledge to solve complex problems
  • Great ownership skills
  • Experimented with AI tools to strengthen Product Management capability
