The Product Manager – New Business for Global Customer Services will be responsible for identifying and directing initiatives to grow our Services business. Responsibilities span the entire range of ideation, proposal, development, and market introduction.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct thorough market research to identify target markets, opportunities for service business growth, and potential customers within the semiconductor, electronics, and adjacent industries
Develop and execute idea generation strategies to identify new business opportunities
Develop solution proposals based on customer needs and develop viable business cases based on a robust value proposition
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, including analysis of competitor strategies
Prepare compelling proposals to win new business opportunities
Effectively collaborate within the Global Customer Services team as well as across the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
5-10 years of product development, marketing, and sales experience in a highly dynamic growth environment
Experience in business exploration and evaluation in technology, semiconductor, capital equipment, and related industries
Skilled in garnering support and influencing others both internally and externally
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
