Product Manager

• Conduct structured user interviews, usability testing, and exploratory research
• Partner with support, sales, and marketing to uncover pain points
• Analyze product usage and feedback to inform development
• Track competitors and industry trends in adtech and martech
• Translate research into problem statements and PRDs
• Collaborate with design to define user-centric workflows
• Prioritize features based on value and impact
• Define success metrics and track post-release performance
• Work closely with engineers through development and QA
• Align execution with strategic goals through clear communication
• Provide clarity and insight during ambiguous product decisions

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS product company (mandatory)
• Demonstrated experience shaping B2B SaaS products from the ground up—through hands-on research, user insights, and iterative discovery
• Strong background in user research, interviews, and data-driven discovery
• Experience writing effective PRDs and collaborating with design and engineering
• Clear, structured thinking with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive clarity and alignment across teams

Familiarity with AdTech (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), B2B tools for marketers or analysts
