As a SaaS Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of BotPenguin’s AI-driven platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver scalable SaaS solutions that delight customers globally. This is a high-impact role where you will shape the roadmap, drive innovation, and directly influence product growth, user adoption, and revenue outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
Gather and prioritize product requirements through market research, customer feedback, and data analysis
Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-impact features
Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories
Monitor product performance metrics and optimize based on insights
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities
Conduct competitive analysis and identify new growth opportunities
Work closely with leadership to align product initiatives with company goals
Mentor junior product team members and support cross-functional teams
Perform any additional responsibilities deemed fit by the company based on business requirements, including assisting HR and Operations teams with product or technology-related inputs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
MBA is a plus
4–8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech environment
Strong experience in managing SaaS products from ideation to launch
Ability to define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy
Hands-on experience with product analytics and data-driven decision-making
Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience
Familiarity with AI-driven or automation-based platforms is a plus
Experience with product management tools like Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar
Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Metabase
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Leadership qualities with ownership-driven attitude
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to have:
