As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the inbound and outbound activities in the product lifecycle. You will work closely with stakeholders to define the product roadmap, features, and go-to-market strategies, and execute them to deliver the success of the product.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a product advisor to all stakeholders, conducting and facilitating in product discovery, and getting involved in all stages of market research required for the product’s success
Help stakeholders with their vision of building a great product, and play the role of a functional expert for the team, stakeholders, and customers
Work with teams to help them understand the value they derive for customers, and actively manage, prioritize, and communicate your product roadmap and backlog with the team and stakeholders
Drive the development of your products across the entire lifecycle, including product inception, UX and creative design, story writing, engineering development, and acceptance testing
Apply creative ways to get MVP done from Product teams, and understand what is important to customers and their product success, and apply that to the development and iteration of both new and existing features.
Requirements:
10-15 years of experience in product management
3-5 years of Product Owner experience in an agile software product development environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion, influence, and negotiation
Ability to partner with UX to create a compelling customer experience
Ability to work with cross-shore Product and Engineering functions spread across multiple time zones
Proven experience in contributing to a successful project or product in the past
Working know-how of UX wireframing tools like Figma, Balsamiq, and Adobe XD
Passion for creating fun, compelling, and addictive user experiences
Detail orientation and a need to get things done right
A software engineering background is a plus
Experience in managing and monitoring product management metrics like NPS, CLV, CAC, Churn Rate, etc.
Nice to have:
Certifications in CSPO/ICMP
An MBA in Product Leadership/Marketing or Finance is a plus
Previous start-up experience is a strong plus
Experience in working on lean product methodology to develop MVPs
Passion for writing product specifications.
