As Product Manager, you’ll drive growth by leading product strategy and delivery across Brighte’s lending experience. You’ll optimise and automate the loan application journey to reduce friction, boost conversion, speed decisions, and build scalable, compliant systems. Bring your strong lending expertise and a bias for execution, using data, experimentation, and emerging AI to streamline verification, underwriting, and customer application workflows.
Job Responsibility:
Define and deliver product strategies, roadmaps, and features that improve conversion and customer experience across the lending funnel
Own the end‑to‑end loan application strategy and experience, balancing growth, risk, compliance, and customer trust
Use funnel analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing to identify friction points and continuously optimise onboarding, eligibility, application flow, and approval outcomes
Conduct market and competitive analysis across lending, BNPL, and fintech to identify gaps and opportunities
Drive automation‑first thinking across lending workflows to reduce manual work and improve scalability in a regulated environment
Improve and automate key processes including data capture, identity verification, document handling, decisioning workflows, credit policy execution, and payment/repayment flows
Identify and ship high‑impact AI opportunities across the lending funnel while ensuring safe, responsible, and compliant use of AI
Requirements:
Product management experience (approx 3-5 years), ideally in fintech, banking, or a fast-growing software company
Strong track record driving automation across workflows - reducing manual verification, improving decision speed, improving scalability
Highly data-driven with the ability to translate objectives into measurable funnel metrics and growth levers
Self-starter with strong judgement and the ability to influence without authority across teams and functions
Experience working on lending and payment-related products such as loan applications and origination, BNPL or regulated instalment loans, payments, repayments, or loan-related servicing flows, identity verification or customer data verification is highly advantageous
Proven experience delivering products in regulated environments, working closely with risk, compliance, and legal
