Summary of Role: The roles and responsibilities expected of the position include defining market opportunities, supporting strategies development, and implementing tactics and programs for the Home Therapies Business and CRRT.
Job Responsibility:
Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of relevant product offerings
Develop marketing strategies, business plans and implement marketing activities to ensure driving superior results
Manage new product launches and formulate launch timelines
Plan and execute of presentations and product demonstrations in events (congresses, seminars, workshops for doctors/nurses, etc)
Develop marketing communication tools (scientific materials, promotional materials) & activities to support product launch and product promotion
Working with sales team to develop new KOLs and engage existing KOLs to sustain strong networking and development
Achieve annual sales budget
Train and supervise sales representative on product and make sure that sales teams have good product knowledge
Acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improve sales and marketing activities
Prepare monthly report on products movement and result of promotional activities
Assist BUD in other additional tasks as requested
Requirements:
A Thai national
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medical science or Nursing
Master’s degree in MBA, Marketing is preferable
Experience in writing marketing plan is preferable
Good Command in English
Computer Literacy
Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
