Evaro is looking to do for healthcare what online banking has done for finance - and we’re looking for a Product Manager to help us do exactly that. We’re hiring a Product Manager to help turn business and patient outcomes into real, working product — shaping what we build, and seeing it through to delivery in the hands of users. This is a hands-on product role, working day-to-day with engineers, clinical stakeholders, and commercial teams to define, shape, and deliver meaningful change. You will take clear outcome goals and lead the work of turning them into well-understood, feasible, and valuable product increments.
Job Responsibility:
Translate commercial, operational, and patient outcomes into clear problem statements, epics, and prioritised product work
Partner closely with engineering to shape solutions that are feasible, scalable, and well understood before development begins
Lead day-to-day product delivery within an engineering team
Own and maintain a healthy, prioritised backlog aligned to agreed outcomes
Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
Run delivery ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, retrospectives)
Act as the primary triage point for bugs, incidents, and feature requests
Manage trade-offs, dependencies, and delivery risks
Protect engineering focus from unstructured demand
Communicate priorities, progress, and risks clearly to stakeholders
Monitor post-release outcomes and drive continuous improvement
Use AI tooling to assist backlog refinement, impact analysis, and operational insight
Requirements:
Experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analysis, or a similar delivery-focused role
Proven experience working directly with software engineers
Strong ability to shape work collaboratively and prepare it for effective delivery
Comfortable owning prioritisation and delivery cadence end-to-end
Strong judgement and ability to operate autonomously
Ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguity
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable running agile ceremonies and managing delivery flow
Nice to have:
Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, insurance)
Experience working on platform or operationally critical products
Familiarity with OKRs and outcome-based delivery
Experience using AI tools to support product workflows
Exposure to incident management and operational triage
