Responsible for leading other product managers, collaborating with product design, user research, engineering and commercial teams. Overseeing lifecycle management of your product, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and vision of becoming a global GovTech champion, whilst delivering critical products and services to citizens around the world. You are an expert in creating clear and precise customer and outcome focused requirements, you will lead by example and have hands on execution of the product strategy for your product delivery, ensuring that product development practices and roadmaps are aligned to our global vision, to maximise productivity and growth. This is a product management role that requires strong delivery discipline. Job Responsibility
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to define and refine the product roadmap
Work closely with various stakeholders, including engineering, commercial, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development and customer adoption
Operate effectively in a matrix environment, aligning stakeholders across functions and managing competing priorities with clarity and professionalism
Engage confidently and professionally with customers and senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, to gather insight, validate needs, manage expectations, and inform product decisions
Hands-on approach to defining and prioritising product requirements to guide the engineering process
Support delivery of complex product initiatives by bringing structure, clarity, and momentum across teams, while maintaining ownership of product outcomes rather than simply managing tasks
Identify and manage product risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and delivery challenges, escalating clearly where decisions or support are required
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of product features and releases
Analyse data and metrics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed data-driven product decisions
Champion a strong culture of knowledge sharing and product decision and design documentation
Requirements
6+ years of relevant product management experience, working in a modern software or product-led organisation
Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities and solve complex product-related issues, with a curious mindset that challenges assumptions and explores problems deeply before reaching solutions
Ability to navigate and address the complexities of product lifecycle management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members
Continuously seeking to understand customer needs, pain points, and motivations to develop products that meet customer requirements and deliver value
Strong analytical skills to collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform product decisions
Capable of prioritising features, requirements, and tasks based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Driving force behind building and execute a product roadmap and strategy that aligns with customer needs and company goals
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success
Flexible to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities
Strong problem-solving skills to overcome technical, business, and customer challenges
Operates with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to manage product development and collaborate with engineering teams
Ability to craft compelling stories to communicate product vision, value, and benefits to various stakeholders at different levels
Extensive experience in a Product Management Role, in a product led / SaaS organisation
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring product managers
A track record of successfully launching products
Demonstrated experience of using research, iteration and analytics to guide product decision making

Experience working in complex, regulated, enterprise, public-sector, healthcare, or mission-critical software environments
Familiarity with UX design principles and human-centred design methodologies
Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS
