Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager – Low-Code/No-Code Platform to define and drive the roadmap of our web-based visual development environment for hyper-automation. Our platform enables enterprises to rapidly design, build, and deploy solutions through drag-and-drop workflows for processes, data, and events, while also supporting AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities in a low-code/no-code fashion.

Job Responsibility:

Define and own the product roadmap for the low-code/no-code platform
Translate long-term vision into actionable product features
Conduct ongoing market and competitive research
Engage in technical design reviews for drag-and-drop workflow engines and integration layers
Define APIs, connectors, and governance capabilities
Collaborate closely with engineering teams
Write detailed product specifications, feature definitions, and success metrics
Work with engineering, design, QA, and DevOps to deliver production-ready platform features
Evangelize the platform internally and externally
Document detailed requirements, epics, and user stories
Define and manage user acceptance criteria (UAC)
Act as the custodian of product quality
Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to ensure delivered features meet expectations

Requirements:

15+ years of overall experience
Several years in technical/engineering roles (software engineering, platform engineering)
7+ years in product management
Strong knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms, hyper-automation, BPM, and workflow orchestration
Experience in multi-channel application building (web, mobile, conversational)
Hands-on familiarity with cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Docker)
Understanding of process flows, data flows, and event-driven architectures
Ability to contribute to technical design and architecture discussions while driving product vision
Proven success in bringing enterprise-grade platforms to market with measurable adoption and growth
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

Technical background (B.Tech/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related Field.)
Exposure to ecosystem connectors (RPA tools, CRM/ERP integrations, messaging platforms)
Knowledge of enterprise-grade NFRs: scalability, performance, governance, and observability
