IQM is looking for a strategic and versatile Product Manager specializing in Political advertising (programmatic) with deep expertise in ad-tech and a passion for transforming complex customer needs into AI-driven, data-centric solutions. In this role, you’ll lead the development of innovative MVPs that balance speed, scale, and user value. At IQM, you’ll thrive if you’re someone who naturally bridges the gap between technical detail and big-picture thinking. You understand users, anticipate market shifts, and work seamlessly across UX, engineering, and go-to-market teams to bring bold ideas to life. You must be resourceful—using tools like ChatGPT to move faster on research, documentation, and concept development—without sacrificing thoughtfulness or quality. Experience in political advertising is a plus. You’ll navigate compliance requirements with confidence, prioritize what matters most, and consistently deliver high-impact, intuitive products that align with both user needs and business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end‑to‑end definition of customer‑facing product features from idea through launch by writing clear user stories, use‑case scenarios, and detailed user flows
Translate complex business needs into actionable, engineering‑ready product requirements in partnership with UX, engineering, sales, marketing, and fellow PMs
Produce concise PRDs and design specifications, leveraging AI tools to improve clarity, speed, and completeness
Prototype MVPs rapidly with low‑code and AI‑based tools to validate concepts and reduce time‑to‑learning
Experiment continuously with emerging AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Vercel, Lovable) to streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and spark creative solutions
Gather, triage, and synthesize customer feedback to shape the product roadmap and prioritize high‑value features
Support customers directly through onboarding, training, and ongoing inquiry resolution
Coordinate cross‑functionally to surface and manage product impacts, technical dependencies, and trade‑offs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
1-3 years of product management experience, including end‑to‑end feature delivery
1-3 years of ad‑tech experience in product and/or engineering roles
Demonstrated fluency translating product requirements into technical language for engineering teams
Solid grasp of product‑design principles and UX best practices
experience creating user flows, wireframes, and running A/B tests
Track record of building data‑centric products with clean, intuitive user experiences
Familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals and hands‑on use of AI tools to accelerate documentation, user support, research, and experimentation
Strong customer‑facing skills—from onboarding and training to integrating user feedback into product iterations
Proven ability to prioritize complex feature sets and communicate value and trade‑offs to stakeholders
Nice to have:
Working knowledge of the political advertising and digital‑marketing landscape, including regulatory considerations
Experience optimizing ad‑tech products specifically for political campaigns or advocacy organizations
Familiarity with additional AI‑driven analytics or creative‑generation platforms relevant to ad‑tech
What we offer:
Multiple medical plan options
Dental and vision coverage
401(k) program with a 3% company match
Resources to support physical health, mental wellness, and financial peace of mind
