Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in the Fintech industry
Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles
Experience with A/B testing and data analysis
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Fluent in Japanese and English
Experience working with large-scale data sets
