Job Responsibility:
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of medical device products, from development to market launch and post-market surveillance
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with organizational goals and market demands
Marketing Execution: Design and implement marketing plans tailored to the medical device/pharma industry, including campaigns, branding, and promotional strategies
Sales Collaboration: Build strong relationships with the sales team, providing them with product training, promotional materials, and tools to drive revenue
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Regulatory, Quality) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM from a reputed management institute with a specialization in Marketing, Strategy, or Healthcare Management
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
Proven expertise in product management, marketing, and cross-functional team leadership
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
Attention to Detail: Ensure high accuracy and precision in all deliverables
Presentation & Communication: Exceptional skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Challenger Mindset: Continuously question the status quo to drive innovation and improvement
Collaboration: Build strong rapport across functions and hierarchies
Willingness to travel extensively
