Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to craft world-class experiences for our clients (restaurants) and consumers (food enthusiasts) helping us achieve our mission to level the playing field for independent restaurants. In this role, you’ll be on, leading one of our Product groups. You’ll play a critical role in optimising, improving and scaling our consumer ordering platforms so that we continue to be a leading provider of world class ordering solutions for our restaurant clients.

Job Responsibility:

Leading our Product Consumer Growth Team alongside our Tech Lead and Product Designer
Setting the vision and strategy for this team and developing solutions that balance feasibility, desirability & viability
Collaborate closely with other product teams across Flipdish
Be an advocate for product thinking
Build on our Product Operating Model and ensure alignment with our Design & Engineering operating models
Lead the way in AI by incorporating it into your product development processes
Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers & Design Leadership
Bring a creative approach to discovering and solving users' problems
Operate comfortably with individuals at every level of seniority
Be an advocate for our Product Management community externally

Requirements:

4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a start up —> scale up environment
Ability to make data driven decisions
Confident presentation skills and ability to communicate to various stakeholders clearly
Track record of building consensus and delivering results with cross-functional teams
Experience working through problems with high ambiguity and without a definitive answer
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Experience with or a passion for incorporating AI
Solution-oriented, and able to help the team push through obstacles
Experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs
Hands-on approach, with a passion for diving into the details
Deep understanding of product thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, pragmatic, and outcome-focused approach to work

Nice to have:

Experience as an entrepreneur
Experience working in the food service industry
More of a technical PM
