We’re hiring Product Managers at all levels (Senior, Lead, Principal, Group) to take the lead on high-impact problem spaces across Neo: from building new product experiences to scaling internal platforms. This role is about more than managing a roadmap: it’s about figuring out what we should build, why it matters, and how to make it real. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team of designers and engineers to solve real problems for millions of Canadians.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
2-5+ years of hands-on PM experience at tech or tech-forward companies, ideally in consumer or marketplace products
You’ve owned areas of the product end-to-end
You’re comfortable working with engineers, designers, data analysts, ops
You think in systems and edge cases
You obsess over outcomes
You communicate like a pro
You thrive through ambiguity
You lead with humility: high standards, low ego
Nice to have:
Coming from a non-PM background (e.g., consulting, engineering, or finance)
