We are seeking a high-caliber Product Manager to lead the evolution of digital benefit ecosystems for a premier financial services client. This role is dedicated to building intuitive, simple, and meaningful journeys that help customers maximize their financial value through strategic partner brands. As a Product Manager on the Benefits Experience team, you will drive product innovation that allows customers to seamlessly discover and utilize their benefits. You will sit at the center of strategy and execution, transforming complex financial products into visually engaging, scalable, and personalized mobile and web experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Strategy & Vision: Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to define the long-term product vision and strategic roadmap
Agile Leadership: Drive the full lifecycle in an Agile environment-writing user stories, grooming backlogs, and leading sprints to ensure features are production-ready
Cross-Functional Execution: Lead workstreams across Design, Technology, Finance, and Marketing to prioritize innovation and go-to-market plans
Data-Driven UX: Leverage user experience insights and journey mapping to anticipate market trends and refine the product backlog
Stakeholder Management: Build high-trust relationships with senior executives, providing clear communication on delivery timelines and product health
Customer Advocacy: Solve complex customer pain points by delivering a UX that is intuitive, scalable, and easy to navigate
Requirements:
5+ years of Digital Product Management experience, with a focus on web and mobile platforms
Proven track record of managing complex programs and high-visibility digital initiatives within the financial services or fintech space
Expertise in Agile methodologies, including hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Analytical Mindset: A structured thinker capable of analyzing opportunities, recommending data-backed solutions, and communicating with clarity
Leadership under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to create momentum among diverse teams and manage tight delivery timelines with composure
Collaborative Spirit: A team-oriented attitude with the ability to align established business practices with new, innovative approaches
Nice to have:
Experience in UI/UX design collaboration for consumer-facing applications
Background in loyalty programs, rewards platforms, or merchant partnership integrations
