We are looking for a Product Manager / Lead ERP Migration Specialist with a strong background in logistics and supply chain to lead a large-scale migration program from a legacy ERP system to a modern, flexible solution. The customer company is a premium catering and event services company, operating in France and internationally. The company manages complex, large scale events requiring tight coordination across production, transport, warehouse operations, equipment management and finance. The goal of the project is a major transformation program from the outdated data management system to some modern and flexible solution.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the migration of the operations sector and supply chain from the current ERP system to a new one
Leading the implementation of a unified WMS system for several of the company's brands
Digitizing procurement management
Implementing TMS solutions to optimize routes and monitor delivery efficiency
Re-engineering and simplifying operational processes before their digitization
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Product management or Business Analysis in IT systems for logistics / supply chain management
Experience participating in large-scale ERP migration projects
Hands-on experience with WMS, TMS, or logistics platforms
Deep understanding of operational and physical flow logic (warehousing, transportation, manufacturing)
Ability to promote standardization over applying custom developments
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance) as well as interacting with senior-level management
Fluent English (Upper-intermediate and above)
Fluent French (B2+) will be a plus
Location in time zone: GMT+1/+3
Nice to have:
Background working with European ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.) and understanding their strengths and weaknesses
Experience optimizing commercial tools
Experience in data management
Experience with AS400 will be a significant advantage
