We are looking for a commercially focused Product Manager who has strong experience in CRO and on site experimentation. This role sits within our Technology-led Digital Product function and will take ownership of on-site performance, optimisation, and experimentation. This role exists to ensure that changes to the website are intentional, evidence-based, and deliver measurable commercial impact.
Job Responsibility:
Own the front-end digital product roadmap
Own the CRO and experimentation strategy for the website
Own how the site behaves from a customer experience perspective
Act as a clear point of accountability for on-site product decisions
Maintain clear product governance
Ensure the Product function operates with clarity, focus, and accountability
Requirements:
Strong experience in CRO and on site experimentation
Commercially focused
Experience in product strategy and roadmap ownership
Experience in cross-functional collaboration
Experience in governance, quality and ways of working
