Job Description

Driving Nova’s Fixed and FWA services, shaping the product roadmap, implementing commercial strategies, and ensuring profitable, customer-focused solutions through market insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain the end-to-end product roadmap for Fixed and FWA services across residential and business segments and manage all pricing decisions to ensure company's profitability and meet customer's needs
  • Define, propose & implement commercial objectives and propositions strategies, in line with objectives and underpinned by customer, market & competitor insights
  • Monitor closely and analyze market trends, and competition
  • manage the insights and market analysis/research that drives all product efforts and commercial decisions
  • Monitor and analyze business and financial KPIs, securing performance and profitability
  • Be the business owner for driving proposition changes working closely with product, technology, billing and operational teams
  • Work closely with commercial & finance teams to build business cases, considering both broader business and bottom-line financial benefits and risks
  • Follow-up and cooperate with all teams for the implementation of product development projects, marketing initiatives, GTM plans and promos, providing clarifications and supporting the delivery upon commitment
  • Develop, test and deliver alternative concepts and identify opportunities for growth
  • Support product development teams with prioritization and development of roadmap, ensuring delivery of commercial and proposition objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on Go To Market plans and briefs for products and propositions changes and how they are delivered
  • Work closely with Marketing Communication and Sales teams to align on campaigns and activities that strengthen Nova’s Market presence and increase growth
  • Identify and lead new products development to meet customer needs better than the competition

Requirements

  • BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field
  • Postgraduate studies in Marketing Business fields will be considered a strong plus
  • Knowledge and experience of telecoms products is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Experience in the marketing field is a plus
  • Creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Organizational and pro-active skills
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt within a dynamic environment
  • Flexibility and accountability, with a "can-do" approach
  • Creatively problem-solving skills
