We are seeking a highly motivated and scientifically minded Product Manager with a strong background in precision medicine, spatial omics, oncology, and/or pathology to join our team. The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our platform, identifying new use cases and markets, and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders in the biopharmaceutical industry, clinical diagnostic labs, and academic organizations.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and integrations
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential areas for differentiation
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical landscape
Work with senior leadership on strategic planning, collecting input and buy-in from sales, marketing, and R&D teams
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling messaging, collateral, and go-to-market strategies
Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders
Lead product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for customers and prospects
Analyze results of marketing campaigns and product launches to continuously improve strategies and outcomes
Maintain frequent contact and foster strong relationships with strategic industry experts via field visits, meetings, and conferences
Requirements:
MBA or equivalent experience
MSc or higher in a scientific discipline in precision medicine, oncology, immunology or pathology
