Job Responsibility:
Supporting and executing the development of Costco co-brand strategies to maximize client profitability and remain competitive in the marketplace
Managing and monitoring key business metrics to exceed industry growth
Leading initiatives including establishing objectives, setting priorities for campaign management, frontline empowerment and continue to evolve the existing processes and systems to optimize the products
Product management - Strong knowledge and experience in product management, strategic planning, and project management sufficient to identify, develop, and implement approved initiatives
Analytical- Understand and interpret complex information, identify patterns and trends in new or strategic areas, and develop recommendations, often with minimal direction in order to respond to urgent business priorities
Leadership - Well-developed management and leadership skills sufficient to achieve results within a matrix organization, including the ability to bring about change at a senior level
Relationship management - Meet business objectives by managing relationships and working effectively with internal partners including Technology and Marketing and other lines of business, partners
Requirements:
Experience with product management/development – 5 years
Strong analytical skills based on various types of data – 5 years
Experience with process mapping/ process development – 2 years
Experience within credit card industry – 5+ years
Strong communications skills
Experience in business planning, business model development and product best-practices (5+ years)
In-depth knowledge of credit card products
Strategic planning skills sufficient to establish and co-ordinate complex assignments and projects which can be ambiguous in nature
Well-developed management and leadership skills sufficient to achieve results within a matrix organization
Relationship management skills to work effectively with internal partners including Technology and Marketing
Nice to have:
Past experience with controls or risk management work
Past experience with TSYS or credit card management system
Any experience front line user platforms – Pega/PSP
