Job Description:

Requirements:

5+ years of Product Management experience in finance, fintech, retail, etc.
Passion for consumer-facing products and mobile apps
Proven experience in the full product lifecycle (defining, building, refining)
Ability to break down products into incrementally deliverable features
Experience with A/B testing for product optimization
Understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience using web/mobile analytics for data-driven product decisions
Excellent English presentation skills, adaptable to any audience
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
Proactive, collaborative problem-solver with critical thinking skills
Strong quantitative skills and ability to use market intelligence

Nice to have:

Fluency in Japanese
Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred)
Ability to understand software architecture, cloud, and microservices
Experience defining service behaviors as APIs
Familiarity with data analysis tools (spreadsheets, SQL, R, Python)
Experience launching new products and services
