The Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing software projects. Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to analyze requirements, and effectively manage time and budgets.
Job Responsibility:
Lead a team of engineers that will handle the development of client products through several phases
Talk with clients, listen to their needs and advise them with new ideas, insights and solution proposals to make the products better overtime
Plan, schedule, and track timelines, milestones, and deliverables of the solution proposal we made for clients
Conduct status update and demo meetings to show progress and deliverables
Collaborate with the development team and clients to manage and document the product logics and requirements
Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Manage project budget, scope, and resources
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Requirements:
Good at English communication that can have video calls or face-to-face meetings with clients
Prefer having BA or product manager/product owner experience in software development
A mix of customer service mindset and product mindset
Experienced in managing software product development
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage different projects simultaneously
