You would be responsible for the delivery of new products and offering support amongst their smart meter range. The role would be based in hook , however the company's benefit package includes a scheme where you can work at your own home for 60% of the time. From day to day you will be working with Product Engineers, Development and Customer Integration teams in the development of documentation, management of different workstream deliverables, testing and certification of products and onboarding of new customers. Job Responsibility:
Manage product requirements along the lifecycle of the product
Be the interface between customers and design engineering team
Develop user guides for new products
Develop product collateral for marketing and presentations to clients
Perform product demonstrations to clients
Assist product managers in their day-to-day activities including management of product related documentation, development of business cases and market analysis, development of product roadmaps
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, mechanical engineering or similar
2 – 5 years of working experience
