Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement product strategies aimed at expanding market presence in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries while driving subscriber growth and retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, design, and science, to align goals and execute product initiatives effectively
Conduct thorough research into customer journeys to identify pain points and create solutions that enhance user experiences and optimize conversion rates
Define pricing and packaging strategies that deliver significant value to users while supporting revenue growth
Utilize data analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and refine product offerings
Lead the development of growth-related features by working closely with engineers and analysts, ensuring timely delivery and thoughtful execution
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform product design and reduce friction in key customer interactions
Partner with engineering teams to establish robust analytics infrastructure, event tracking, and attribution systems
Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, balancing the need for speed with thorough analysis
Translate experimental data into actionable strategies that align with broader product and company goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management
At least 2-3 years in a growth-focused role within health-tech, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries
Proven expertise in growth experimentation strategies, customer journey analysis, and market penetration
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
Experience in creating and implementing pricing and packaging strategies tailored to biotech or pharmaceutical applications
Familiarity with product management frameworks and user experience best practices, including intuitive design and user journey mapping
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and manage technical projects involving engineers and scientists
Background in conducting user research and usability testing to inform product decisions
Technical proficiency to scope growth-related features and work closely with engineering teams
Experience working for a Biotech, Bio Pharm, or Bio Science company
