The ideal candidate brings at least 4–6 years of experience in the Asset Management or Wealth Management industry, with a strong technical knowledge of investment products and asset classes. He/She owns project management and product implementation skills, as well as the relevant regulatory landscape, and will contribute to the Product function by supporting product governance from design to ongoing management, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing performance and market trends, and enabling product launches and updates in line with regulatory and sustainability developments.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and optimize cross-border and local fund ranges (UCITS and non-UCITS), ensuring products remain aligned with client needs and strategic objectives
Develop and implement proposals to enhance the product offering, including amendments, mergers, and rationalizations
Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of product initiatives, working closely with internal teams and maintaining high responsiveness
Contribute to market intelligence by monitoring industry trends, conducting competitor and peer analyses, and identifying areas for innovation
Assess, coordinate, and implement product changes driven by regulatory and external developments (e.g., SFDR, PRIIPs, UCITS V, MiFID II)
Prepare and present comprehensive feasibility analyses to internal product committees
Lead recurring product-related projects and support ad-hoc requests from internal stakeholders
Uphold strong product governance by preparing committee documentation and providing consistent updates across the organization
Support continuous process improvement and offer technical expertise for product-related queries from various business functions
Requirements:
Master degree in business, legal, economics, finance, or a related subject
Fluency in English
Strong project management capabilities, with efficient product implementation, excellent organization, and attention to detail
Effective stakeholder management, able to work with multicultural counterparts and credibly engage with senior management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset
Ability to quickly assimilate and interpret information to deliver clear and sound analysis
Team-oriented attitude, with the ability to build strong internal relationships and identify new opportunities
