Product Manager

• Drive the product roadmap, product strategy and execution for a given problem space, balancing short and long-term goals
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and operations to bring new features and systems to life
• Translate complex problems into clear requirements and simple, high-quality user experiences
• Establish product metrics and experimentation frameworks to validate performance and user impact
• Communicate progress, insights, and priorities across teams and stakeholders
• Help the team stay focused and move efficiently, removing blockers and ensuring alignment
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of Whatnot’s product culture and processes

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-moving consumer or marketplace environments
• A track record of shipping complex, technical systems or large-scale consumer products
• Deep empathy for users and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences and driving adoption of products
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data, hypotheses, and experimentation
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — able to zoom in and out as needed
• Experience partnering with design and data science
• proficiency with SQL is a plus
