Job Description:

The Product Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility within Citi’s operational risk management structure. Responsibilities include managing global processes for risk assessment, product approvals, control assessments, and governance compliance while driving innovation and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) process globally
manage New Product Approval Committee (NPAC), Integrated Corrective Action Plan System (ICAPs), and Risk Exception Tracking process globally
manage the Intercompany Service Agreement (ICSA) tracking process globally
manage the Centralized Contract Exception Database globally
assist with Rules Committee by developing agendas, documenting meeting minutes and follow up items
draft specifications, requirements, workflows and procedure documentation
act as an interface between business operations, product management functions, technology, and vendors globally
lead governance and controls
collaborate with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Finance
build a culture of responsible finance, governance and supervision, expense discipline, and ethics
assess risk/reward of transactions and ensure compliance

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience
proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel required
self-starter capable of problem solving with limited supervision
ability to interact with senior partners across business lines and control functions
proficiency with SharePoint, databases, and similar technology a plus
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
English intermediate-advanced
knowledge/experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence desirable
