Job Responsibility:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities, and develop effective marketing strategies and tactics for pharmaceutical products
Create and manage high-impact promotional materials (brochures, presentations, advertisements) and oversee their distribution across relevant channels
Partner with sales, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives
Analyze sales data and market performance to optimize strategies, manage marketing budgets, and ensure strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Science, or an equivalent field
Minimum of 2-3 years in product management/marketing within the health sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical sectors
Strong commercial acumen, analytical ability, and the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
