Job Description

This is where creativity meets strategy. As a member of the Baxter Marketing team, you will work on designing, developing and implementing marketing programs and pricing strategies. You’ll leverage your expertise to present our life-sustaining and live-saving products and services to the relevant market sector. Working in collaboration with the sales and technical teams, there will be opportunity for learning, development and future career growth across a variety of fields within Baxter.

Job Responsibility

  • Formulate yearly marketing strategies and campaigns for designated products in the Indonesian market to meet annual sales objectives
  • Manage distributors to complete the strategic marketing plan within the approved operating expense levels and measurable outcomes/important metrics
  • Identify and develop key accounts to support market expansion
  • Provide support at the account level to better apply sales aids and medical publications
  • Ensure operational excellence, including new leads/project management, order and inventory management, customer happiness, and complaint handling
  • Prepare materials for product brochures, sales presentations, sales data analysis, and forecasting
  • Assist the Manager in analyzing the competitive environment and assessing internal proficiencies to formulate balanced and competitive strategies for Baxter Indonesia
  • Build a strong network and rapport with key opinion leaders within relevant therapeutic areas
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure the flawless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Formulate business approaches to identify market development and growth opportunities for assigned products/therapies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Science or equivalent
  • MBA desirable
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in a relevant industry
  • Proven track record of consistency in performance within the sales or marketing function
  • Critical thinking, innovative, and strong analytical skills to guide marketing plans
  • Leadership abilities to ensure outstanding implementation
  • Strong KOL management skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to get results
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a great teammate
