Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager who will translate customer business needs into a clear product strategy that drives efficiency, scalability, and measurable impact. This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from defining vision and roadmap to guiding implementation—while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams. The individual will use strong technical awareness and analytical capability to influence product decisions, manage change effectively and ensure successful delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead all processes within the product lifecycle, including customer needs assessment, product planning, positioning, technical requirements, roadmap development and product launch
  • Create and maintain a cohesive product vision for the product teams
  • Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and development by engineering teams
  • Track and assess product progress across all stages of the lifecycle
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to understand user behaviour, identify retention or churn drivers, evaluate growth opportunities and measure overall product success
  • Establish, implement and monitor delivery timelines across multiple teams and departments

Requirements

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a technical domain (e.g., software engineering, solutions consultancy) or equivalent technical exposure
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and in-depth knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies
  • Experience supporting customers with cloud technologies and collaborating with developer communities
  • Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles and product development architecture
  • Understanding of design quality standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capability
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with diverse teams, including users, product developers and senior stakeholders
