Job Description:

As the Product Manager of Generative AI and Analytics Solutions, you will collaborate with data science and engineering leaders to manage development, translate requirements, and design release plans. You'll work with UX/UI experts to ensure the best user experience and engage directly with users to understand their needs, address issues, and provide training. This role focuses on rapidly growing analytic products, including marketing analytics and generative AI solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate development and communication of a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products supporting Growth Analytics objectives
Align data product strategies with business goals and marketing initiatives
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses
Lead the lifecycle of data products from ideation to scale to user support, ensuring continuous improvement and high user adoption
Define and prioritize the product backlog, create user stories / acceptance criteria, and manage roadmaps
Write detailed product specifications and translate into technical requirements
Coordinate testing of new features with cross-functional teams and users
Increase utilization through user training and engagement sessions
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers, UI/UX designers, software engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to develop and launch data-driven products
Gather feedback from business and analytics stakeholders to ensure products meet business needs
Develop business cases and ROI analysis
Define OKRs and KPIs for generative AI and analytics products and track performance to ensure delivery of business value
Track development progress and communicate expectations to leadership
Demonstrate and support dissemination of best practices for product management, product development, release management and user support

Requirements:

3+ years' experience in working cross-functionally with data science and/or engineering teams
2+ years' experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management role
2+ years' experience working in an Agile framework and as a Product Owner/Manager
2+ years' experience with product development and related analytics project teams in enterprise level environments
1+ year of healthcare experience

Nice to have:

Experience building workflow applications that leverage GenAI
Experience with Jira (or similar platform)
Understanding of data science concepts
Experience in healthcare, health insurance, tech, AI solutions or similar
