Job Description:

Own the ARC portfolio and bring clarity, governance and alignment to mission-critical products that support safety, security and emergency response. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations, where you will help create clear decision-making, effective collaboration, and aligned product direction across the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the governance, documentation, and continuous evolution of the ARC portfolio
  • Supporting colleagues in managing scope, priorities, and cross-functional impacts related to the ARC portfolio
  • Driving alignment across product groups where ARCs share components, dependencies, or customer impact
  • Ensuring customer needs raised by Sales such as alarm handling, SOS flows, or operational requirements are clearly defined in the product organisation

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within complex, operational, or safety-critical product environments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and commercial stakeholders
  • A solid understanding of interconnected product ecosystems, integrations, and cross-team dependencies
  • A proven ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving domains
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a strong drive to create alignment
  • Professional fluency in Swedish and English
