Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of a pod innovating a core part of our platform. Through partnership with senior business and engineering leaders, you will oversee the planning and execution of all initiatives within your pod while serving as a key leader within our organization.

Job Responsibility:

Drive the strategic direction of a pod innovating a core part of our platform
Provide vision and direction for your pod to the product and development team
Partner with product team to define the roadmap for your pod
Recruit, train, manage and mentor Product team members within your Product pod
Lead the efforts of your scrum team as the Product Manager
Assess value and develop business cases for product line development
Drive successful planning and execution of all product initiatives
Conduct product research to inform requirements and design
Partner with cross-functional team members to collect and document detailed product requirements
Define and project manage the launch of new products
Identify and action opportunities for product improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business or a related field
Minimum 5 years experience in a product related role
3+ years healthcare experience (preferred)
2+ years operating in a Product Manager role (preferred)
MA / MBA in any of the above fields (preferred)
Passionate about designing innovative data solutions to rebuild the healthcare industry
Data driven mindset
Ability to effectively combine understanding of industry and domain trends with knowledge of business needs
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders at the most senior levels
Ability to effectively articulate challenging concepts in both written and verbal modalities
US work authorization

Nice to have:

3+ years healthcare experience
2+ years operating in a Product Manager role
MA / MBA in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business or related field
