Product manager

• Managing and enabling an immediate and wider team to deliver against key business objectives
• Proactively overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from development to market
• Continuously reviewing supplier performance against business requirements, including trading terms, price, and quality
• Supporting the Sourcing Director in setting budgets for allocated product categories
• Monitoring and managing your category team to achieve performance targets
• Identifying and mitigating risks within product categories and supplier relationships
• Validating the sourcing and category strategies to ensure alignment with business goals
• Maintaining outstanding service levels for both internal and external stakeholders

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Profound knowledge in SDA and LDA products
• Experience in leading a team
• The ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure
• Good proficiency with various business systems and processes
• Familiar with the EU/ UK market
