We are seeking an entrepreneurial and execution-driven Product Manager to join our tech team and help design and build the systems that power our learning platform at scale. This role has a focus on internal applications and operational tooling—including workflows, data systems, and platforms that enable academic, delivery, and support teams to operate more efficiently and deliver exceptional learner outcomes. The position will also partner with customer-facing product teams on select initiatives that directly impact learners and enterprise partners.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for internal platforms and operational tools, from discovery through launch and iteration
Identify friction in operational processes and translate insights into scalable, technology-driven solutions
Lead ideation, prioritization, planning, and execution while balancing business objectives, technical constraints, and user experience
Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and functional teams and support teams across geographies
Maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to company priorities and operational metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders to create intuitive, efficient workflows and interfaces for internal users and learners where applicable
Oversee the build, test, and release process using strong product and agile best practices
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess impact, identify opportunities, and guide trade-off decisions
Define success metrics and establish a culture of measurement and continuous improvement
Contribute to customer-facing initiatives where operational platforms intersect with learner experience
Requirements:
3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally including internal tools, platforms, operations products, or B2B systems
Strong systems-thinking orientation with a track record of building scalable solutions
Demonstrated ability to operate independently, take initiative, and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments
High degree of user empathy and curiosity about how work is performed across organizations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing PRDs, process flows, working-back documents, and metrics frameworks
Collaborative and effective in cross-functional, globally distributed teams
Creative problem-solver with a pragmatic, impact-oriented mindset
