Job Responsibility:
Develop product brochures, sales presentations, and data analyses that inform strategy and forecasting
Work closely with the sales team to enhance the effectiveness of sales aids and medical publications
Plan and implement marketing activities within approved budgets, ensuring measurable outcomes
Partner with your Manager to analyze competitors and internal strengths, contributing to sustainable strategies for Baxter Singapore
Take ownership of cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and delivery of performance targets
Design marketing programs that deliver short‑term wins and long‑term portfolio growth
Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders, patient associations, suppliers, and government representatives
Collaborate with regional and global teams, sharing standard processes and aligning strategies
Play a key role in new product launches, contributing through tactical planning and execution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Science or equivalent
MBA or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry
Proven track record of consistent performance in sales or marketing
Strategic problem solver with innovative ideas and strong analytical skills
Leadership ability to drive executional excellence
Skilled in KOL management and cross‑functional collaboration
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
