We are looking for a Product Manager / Solution Architect with experience in European ERP systems to lead the transformation of the financial and operational landscape. The customer company is a premium catering and event services company, operating in France and internationally. The company manages complex, large-scale events requiring tight coordination across production, transport, warehouse operations, equipment management, and finance. The goal of the project is a major transformation program from the outdated data management system to a modern and flexible solution.
Job Responsibility:
Lead ERP selection, configuration and deployment following the audit phase
Modernize invoicing, expense management and HR processes
Optimize CRM and commercial tools across the brands
Requirements:
4+ years of experience working with European ERP systems (SAP, Oracle ERP / NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, Unit4, and similar)
Experience in large-scale ERP migration or transformation projects
Understanding of finance and sales business processes (invoicing, orders, reporting)
Ability to conduct GAP analysis between legacy and target systems
Experience working with legacy systems (AS400, mainframe environments is a strong plus)
Proven ability to drive standardization over custom development
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Supply, etc)
Fluent English (Upper-intermediate and above)
Fluent French (B2+) will be a plus
Location in time zone: GMT+1/+3
