Job Responsibility

  • Lead demand intake, prioritization, and alignment of warehousing-related initiatives with key stakeholders
  • Translate business priorities into a functional IT roadmap for warehouse management, labelling, and scanning
  • Drive end-to-end execution of the product roadmap through cross-functional product teams
  • Ensure alignment of product architecture, tiered offerings, and project delivery with IT governance
  • Manage product backlog, change requests, validation, testing, and release activities
  • Oversee platform management including access, identity, maintenance, and security compliance
  • Define, track, and report KPIs for business value, product adoption, and overall performance
  • Foster strong engagement and collaboration with business partners, key user communities, architects, and delivery teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, IT solution delivery, or a similar role, ideally in SAP
  • Experience managing cross-functional, virtual teams and external delivery partners
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and best practices in demand intake, project management, and platform services
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable IT solutions and roadmaps
  • Skills in capacity planning, backlog management, documentation, knowledge management, and KPI tracking
  • Familiarity with architecture alignment, TCO management, and regulatory requirements (e.g. EU e-documents)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and business partnering skills
