Job Description

We’re looking for a thoughtful, analytical, platform-oriented Product Manager to shape the strategy and execution of our User Authentication domain — the first step in every user’s journey at Bolt. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, security, fraud, compliance, and product teams across all verticals to create authentication experiences that are fast, intuitive, secure, and reliable at global scale. As part of a core Platform team, you’ll contribute to evolving Bolt’s authentication into a world-class experience — making identity access more seamless, flexible, and consistent across every market we serve.

Job Responsibility

  • Harmonising authentication experiences across all personas and products
  • Owning the end-to-end experience of sign-up and sign-in, ensuring it is fast, intuitive, secure, and scalable
  • Discovering user problems through research, data analysis, and continuous discovery, and owning the product roadmap
  • Designing and running large-scale experiments to validate ideas and drive measurable impact that reduces friction and increases conversion
  • Ensuring compliance with security, fraud, and privacy requirements while preserving a great user experience
  • Collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation to drive product development through all stages from concept to launch

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Management with a strong track record of delivering business impact at scale, preferably in authentication, identity, security, onboarding, or other platform domains
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable using data and experimentation to inform decisions and improve outcomes
  • Solid understanding of authentication, identity, onboarding, or related domains, or the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas
  • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, including design, engineering, and other stakeholders, to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, technical fluency to navigate architectural trade-offs, and the ability to work across topics such as security, fraud, and compliance

What we offer

  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities
  • Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks
  • Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge
  • Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings
