Job Description

The Tolling Product Manager sits within the Automotive & Data (A&D) business unit, reporting directly to the Head of Product, Automotive & Data. In this role, you will lead a highly strategic, zero-to-one initiative: building Arrive's tolling platform from the ground up as an API-first platform with a user-friendly management UI. This role offers significant scope for strategic leadership and future growth as our platform expands. Based in London, UK (with remote flexibility), you will untangle complex technical and business challenges, working closely with engineering, peer product managers, and key commercial stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to shape a high-impact product from its earliest stages while collaborating deeply across our global teams to build a seamless customer experience

Job Responsibility

  • Platform Vision & Strategy: Define, articulate, and drive a clear product vision and strategy for our tolling platform
  • Lead 0→1 Product Discovery & Delivery: Guide the end-to-end development of our API-first tolling platform
  • Deep-Dive Strategy & Prioritization: Conduct comprehensive research to understand the complex tolling ecosystem
  • Collaborate Across Product Teams: Partner closely with other product managers across Arrive to integrate tolling features
  • Strengthen Stakeholder & Customer Relationships: Build trust-based relationships and lead thoughtful, collaborative negotiations with external customers, partners, and our internal sales teams
  • Drive Commercial Alignment: Contribute to strategic decisions around pricing frameworks, partnership models, and growth levers

Requirements

  • Experience guiding B2B or platform product development, with a strong comfort level in managing APIs, complex systems, or technical integrations
  • Proven ability to guide products from early-stage discovery (0→1) through to launch, showing comfort with adapting to change and refining direction iteratively
  • A strategic and commercial mindset to solving highly complex problems, conducting research, and prioritising roadmaps based on clear, evidence-based reasoning about pricing, business models, and growth alongside product delivery
  • Excellent, inclusive communication skills, with an ability to translate complex topics clearly to diverse technical, commercial, and customer teams
  • While a background in automotive, mobility, tolling, or payments is a fantastic advantage, we warmly welcome transferable experience from other complex, platform-focused industries
