Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the rollout of Vodafone EVO SCM solutions within the ERP domain. This role involves managing the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Digital Core for Finance and Supply Chain, including modules such as Extended Warehouse Management and SAP Cloud solutions like Ariba and Fieldglass. The individual will act as the SCM product manager across multiple phases of the project, ensuring adherence to Vodafone standards and driving successful delivery in a global, multicultural environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyse Phase: Conduct fit/gap analysis with stakeholders, identify gaps between local requirements and the Core Business Model, and propose resolutions to minimise deviations. Ensure timely sign-off of analysis documents
  • Design Phase: Ensure the System Integrator understands business requirements, review functional and technical specifications, and validate solution design in line with Solution Manager principles
  • Build & Test Phase: Support UAT preparation, review end-to-end test scripts, and perform quality checks before UAT to ensure usability and compliance with Vodafone standards
  • Go-live Phase: Provide on-site support during go-live, act as the primary contact for post-go-live issues, and facilitate resolution within agreed SLAs

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, capable of prioritising and meeting challenging deadlines
  • Experienced in SAP delivery methodologies, including ASAP and Agile approaches
  • Proven ability to work in global, multicultural environments and adapt to Vodafone’s processes
  • SAP Certified with over 5 years’ experience in large-scale, multi-country ERP transformation programmes
  • Expertise in SAP modules such as MM, IM, PM, AA, EWM, Ariba, and Fieldglass
  • Proficiency in HP Quality Centre, SAP Solution Manager, and Microsoft tools
