Tucows Domains is the world’s largest wholesale domain registrar. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help lead the development and growth of a next-generation platform for Tucows Domains. In this role you will help define the vision and guide the execution of a best-in-class solution that supports and expands our global reseller network.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define, articulate, and own product requirements and contribute to the product vision and roadmap
  • Work as part of a cross-functional team including engineering, design, marketing, and support through the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
  • Translate ideas into clear, actionable product requirements for technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
  • Engage regularly with Reseller partners, sales, customer service and marketing to align product features with market needs and ensure smooth adoption of new features
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
  • Measure and report on product performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, platform, or internet infrastructure domains
  • Experience building platforms or solutions for B2B and/or retail markets
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, technical products to market
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Experience with Agile product development methodologies

Nice to have:

  • Strong understanding of domain registration, DNS, internet infrastructure, and related industries
  • Familiarity with Atlassian suite including Jira and Confluence
