We are looking for an ambitious, driven Product Manager to join our team. Job Responsibility:

  • Work and communicate the product strategy and roadmap aligned to the companies vision and strategy in payments, stablecoin payments, treasury, yield bearring products
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
  • Work directly with a cross-functional team of engineers to deliver value often
  • Spend time with customers to discover new product ideas, identify product improvements and validate product solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to understand the value, feasibility, viability and usability of solutions
  • Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer value and business impact
  • Work closely with product marketing and sales to launch new products to customers
  • Monitor product performance and use quantitative and qualitative insight to drive continuous improvement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries

Requirements:

  • Excited by and have experience in building products that customers love within the fintech space, specifically stablecoins: exchanges, payment products, payment acquiring
  • Understanding of the stablecoin and AI payments setup, main protocols, players, business models both centralized and DeFi
  • Good understanding of blockchain technology, different blockchains setups, as well as protocols of traditional assets transfers like SEPA, Faster Payments, ACH, SWIFT
  • Great understanding of how card acquiring works, who are the main players on the card acquiring business process and what is the mechanics of the business
  • Hands on experience with the latest AI models from OpenAI and Google with the understanding and hands on experience of automation using no-code solutions
  • Driven to make a difference and want to fully own your product roadmap
  • Comfortable working closely with clients, financial, risk, and legal stakeholders, ensuring products are designed in a user-centric way while remaining compliant
  • Enjoy working in cross-functional teams alongside engineers, designers, and other functions to deliver value to users
  • Hands on experience in user flow design and testing with familiarity on the technical side of the development process, integration process, how blockchain works and all vocabulary around it
  • Good understanding of technical concepts and can work closely with engineers to find the best solution to a problem
  • Love solving problems in innovative and creative ways
  • Need to have the right to work in the jurisdiction that they are looking to work in
