The Sourcing & Supplier Manager, Accessories plays a critical role in executing supplier strategy and operational programs that support T-Mobile's Accessories business. This role owns the day-to-day management of supplier agreements, RFP processes, contract execution, and funding compliance for category-level vendors across the Protection or Tech portfolios. Working closely with Sr. Category Managers, this role ensures suppliers deliver against contractual commitments while helping optimize funding structures, maintain operational discipline, and support successful product launches. The Supplier Manager serves as the primary operational bridge between Category Management, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Supplier partners — ensuring supplier programs are executed with transparency, accountability, and measurable business impact. Requirements
4–7 years of experience in supplier management, sourcing, product management, procurement, or program management within retail, telecommunications, or consumer electronics
Experience negotiating and managing supplier contracts, RFP processes, or vendor operational programs
Familiarity with supplier funding structures such as MDF and proof-of-performance requirements
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs and drive data-informed decisions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners
Experience working cross-functionally across legal, finance, product, supply chain and marketing teams
Proficiency with Excel, project tracking tools, AI tools, and reporting platforms
Bachelor's degree required
