Job Responsibility

  • Own the Product Lifecycle: Take full end-to-end ownership of innovative software services, from ideation to market success and beyond. Shape the strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision of your products
  • Drive Innovation in Digital Mobility: Leverage data, analytics, AI, and intelligent automation to create cutting-edge solutions that transform parking and mobility ecosystems
  • Shape Strategy and Roadmaps: Define product strategies aligned with global stakeholders, prioritize features, and create impactful product roadmaps that deliver real customer value
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, UX, and Engineering teams across regions to ensure successful delivery and alignment
  • Bring Products to Market: Lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales enablement activities, from positioning and storytelling to rollout in global markets
  • Understand Markets and Customers: Engage with customers and key accounts, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities to continuously evolve your product portfolio
  • Drive Business Impact: Build business cases, track product performance, and continuously optimize offerings to maximize customer value and business success

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B Product Management, ideally in software or technology-driven environments
  • Strong expertise in software product management, digital services, or SaaS solutions
  • Solid understanding of business models, pricing, KPIs, and product controlling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution strength
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Strong analytical thinking and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
