Job Description

As a Product Manager – Shopping, you’ll own the end-to-end transactional funnel — from search → product page → cart → checkout → payment — and play a key role in driving growth, conversion, and customer satisfaction. You’ll work at the intersection of Data, Tech, Design, and Sales, translating business priorities and user needs into measurable outcomes that move both the business and customer experience forward.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and own the product vision for the shopping funnel, aligned with company growth and user goals
  • Continuously improve search for relevance, speed, and personalization
  • Optimize product pages for engagement, reassurance, and conversion (storytelling, options, CTAs)
  • Deploy personalization at scale through ranking, user preference capture, and journey pre-configuration
  • Champion user experience by simplifying the journey — reducing friction, clicks, and checkout effort
  • Leverage data and experimentation (analytics, cohorts, A/B testing, user research) to drive prioritization and measure impact
  • Collaborate closely with Data, Tech, Design, and Sales to deliver business-aligned, user-centric shopping experiences
  • Act as the internal reference for CRO and e-commerce conversion best practices, up to COMEX level

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in high-volume e-commerce, with proven ownership of conversion and revenue
  • Strong track record in CRO, personalization, search, and product page optimization
  • Demonstrated collaboration with Sales teams (margins, merchandising, partnerships)
  • Analytical and data-driven — able to turn insights into measurable outcomes
  • Excellent communicator, capable of aligning and influencing at COMEX level
  • Sensitivity to user experience and a genuine obsession for simplicity
  • Communicate well in English and French

What we offer

  • Full remote work for selected Digital roles
  • Hybrid model for all other positions with 3 mandatory on-site days per week plus 4 fully remote weeks per year
  • Access to large on-site fitness center
  • Private padel court
  • Company Breaks, Carnival, Annual Convention, meetups and talks
  • Free tickets to every Provence Rugby home match and live music nights at the Dalida Institute
  • Up to 20% off exclusive getaway offers
