Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Product Manager to provide functional ownership and hands-on business analysis across a dynamic Fieldglass landscape.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and maintain the Fieldglass backlog, continuously refining and reprioritizing with stakeholders
  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional analysis for new demand and sustainment items
  • Produce high-quality functional documentation (as-is/to-be flows, requirements, acceptance criteria) to enable efficient build and testing
  • Ensure decisions account for integration impacts into SAP Ariba and SAP ECC
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Tax, IT, and delivery teams to drive alignment and resolve functional questions
  • Support testing cycles, including requirement clarification, validation, and defect triage

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with SAP Fieldglass in a functional, product, or business analysis role
  • Knowledge of Contingent Workforce (CW) and/or Services Procurement (SOW) processes
  • Experience in process design, requirements elicitation, and structured documentation
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end integration flows into SAP Ariba and SAP ECC
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Global or multi-country Fieldglass exposure
  • Experience managing sustainment-heavy products, including intake triage, backlog hygiene, and standards
